Report an inconsistency on a puzzle page
Spotted an error on a puzzle page? Report it in two clicks and we'll fix it. The catalog gets better with you.

Founder of The Puzzlovers
Our catalog holds more than 30,000 puzzles, and it grows every day thanks to you, as you add your builds. At that scale, a few errors inevitably slip in: a misspelled title, the wrong brand, an inaccurate piece count. You can now flag them for us in a few seconds.
How it works
On every puzzle page, you'll find a discreet "Report an inconsistency" link, just below the action buttons (wishlist, share, add a build).
A click opens a small window where you check the field or fields concerned:
- Incorrect or misspelled title
- Incorrect brand
- Inaccurate piece count
- Incorrect or missing image
- Incorrect collection
- Another problem
You then explain in a few words what's wrong (for example: "the correct brand is Ravensburger, not Clementoni"), and it's sent. Nothing more.
We fix it, and we let you know
Every report lands straight in our moderation queue. We check, we fix the page when it's warranted, and above all: you receive a notification as soon as your report has been handled. That way you know your helping hand made a difference.
And a big thank you to our Ambassadors: they're the ones who review your reports and keep the catalog clean, day after day. Your reports and their work go hand in hand.
Why it matters to us
The Puzzlovers catalog is neutral and co-built: no sponsored reviews, no page left sitting with an error. The more accurate the pages, the more reliable your searches, and the better the ground the community builds on. Every report helps us directly.
And what's next?
We keep strengthening the catalog's quality behind the scenes: better moderation tools, and soon new ways to explore puzzles by collection. Thanks to everyone who takes the time to report. Stay tuned here!
