These general terms of use (hereinafter the "Terms") are intended to define the terms and conditions for using The Puzzlovers platform, accessible at the-puzzlovers.com, as well as the rights and obligations of users.
Access to the site is free. Browsing the puzzle catalog and builds is open to everyone. Creating an account is required to access certain features: adding puzzles to your collection, publishing builds, accessing the marketplace, messaging and taking part in the Club.
Users undertake to provide accurate information when registering and to keep their login credentials confidential.
Users may publish photos of their builds, marketplace listings and messages. By publishing content, the user warrants that they hold the necessary rights and grants The Puzzlovers a non-exclusive license to display this content on the platform.
Users must not publish any content that is unlawful, defamatory, insulting, obscene, or that infringes the rights of third parties.
The marketplace allows users to publish listings to sell or exchange puzzles. The Puzzlovers acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to transactions between users. Transactions take place directly between seller and buyer.
The Puzzlovers does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of the items offered, nor the ability of users to complete a transaction.
The Puzzlovers strives to ensure the availability of the site but does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted access. The platform cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the site.
The Puzzlovers reserves the right to remove any content that does not comply with these Terms, and to suspend or delete a user's account in the event of a breach of the community rules.
The Puzzlovers reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial change. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
