The Marketplace finally has its own dedicated flow

Since launch, to put a puzzle up for sale or swap on the Marketplace, you had to first log a build (status, rating, photos...) and then switch to listing mode. Friction for those who just want to quickly offer a puzzle without recounting their whole experience.

The Marketplace now has its own flow, end to end: post, edit, resume a listing. No detour, no imposed form, no reversed hierarchy.

What changes

Direct entry points for "Post a listing" appear at strategic spots across the site:

• In the main menu, under Marketplace ▾ → Sell or swap (everywhere, all devices)
• On every puzzle page ("Sell your copy")
• At the top of the Marketplace page (on large screens)

Each one opens a direct flow: pick the puzzle → listing form → publish. You can tick sale, swap, or both, depending on what you want to offer. The build becomes optional, to log afterwards if you wish.

A price suggestion that reflects the Marketplace

An important new feature: when it's time to set your price, the site now shows you the prices seen on recent similar listings on the Marketplace.

A small chart shows the range, with the most frequent price highlighted. As you enter your price, a marker moves in real time along the bar, and its color tells you whether you're within the range, below or above it. Never blocking, just there to give you a visual cue.

At first, many puzzles won't yet have enough listings to offer an estimate. We'd rather tell you plainly than invent a figure that could mislead you. In that case, you're the one setting the tone for the community. The more of you who post, the more relevant the suggestions become for the next people.

The details that feel good

• No duplicate by mistake: if you already have a listing for a puzzle, a banner tells you and offers to edit it directly, instead of creating a second one.
• Reactivate a paused listing: if one of your listings is paused, it says so clearly in edit mode and offers a "Reactivate now" button. It becomes visible on the Marketplace again in one click. No more "why isn't my edited listing showing up?"
• Manage your listing on a dedicated page: a click on "Manage my listing" from one of your listings opens a form focused only on the listing fields, without asking you the build questions again.
• Photos preloaded both ways: when you offer a puzzle you've already finished, your build photos are automatically suggested for the listing (and vice versa, if you add your build after publishing). No need to re-upload the same images.
• One-click sharing after publishing: a button to share your listing on Facebook (with a clean preview: photo, price, condition) or via your phone's share menu on mobile. And a "Copy link" button to send it elsewhere.
• Keep your momentum: after publishing, if you have other finished puzzles without a listing, the site suggests them to you directly in one click.
• Optional build offered after publishing: if you've also finished the puzzle you're offering, you can add your build in one click, without redoing the whole flow.

And after that?
