Your wishlist finally speaks up

Until now, when a puzzle from your wishlist reached the marketplace, nothing told you. It was meant to work, and it did not. It is fixed, and we took the opportunity to do better than planned.

You hear about it, twice

When a member puts a puzzle from your wishlist up for sale or offers it for exchange, you get the notification in your bell, right away. And in case you missed it, an email follows a few minutes later, with the photo, the price and a direct link to the listing.

Sought-after puzzles go fast. On some listings, five members were waiting for the same puzzle without knowing it.

What if it is already for sale?

That was the other half of the problem, and the more common one. You add a puzzle to your wishlist while a listing already exists: nobody told you a thing, even though the puzzle was three clicks away.

Now the answer comes straight away:

Added. For sale at €18. → See the listing

One click and you are there. And wherever you add the puzzle to your list, the answer is the same: from its page, from a catalogue or gallery card, from the marketplace, from a finished puzzle.

You stay in control

A new switch in your notification settings turns these emails off if you would rather keep the bell only. It is on by default, because an alert nobody sees is no alert at all.

And if you are the one selling

Good news on your side too: your listing now finds the members who were waiting for it. Right after you publish it, you see how many Puzzlovers were looking for that puzzle and have just been told. On some listings, there were five of them.

No more emails in the middle of the night

While we were at it, we put our whole notification email house in order. Nothing goes out between 10 pm and 8 am, in your own time zone: emails wait for the morning. And a daily cap makes sure a chatty day will not fill your inbox: messages are simply grouped into one fuller email.
